Frank Kontely Secures Settlement for Construction Supply Company in Commercial Action

Frank Kontely successfully settled a commercial action venued in the Superior Court of New Jersey – Cumberland County.  Plaintiff was a general contractor who had been terminated from a turbine project for improperly pouring its foundation.  Plaintiff blamed our client, a construction supply company, for providing a weakened mixture of concrete.  After months of litigation, Frank was able to resolve the case favorably for our client for an amount of money that had been offered prior to our firm’s retention.
