Chad Moore Wins Verdict For Client at Trial

Chad Moore, Partner in the firm, successfully obtained a verdict favor of his client at trial. Chad tried the case Lee v. Nodarse where the plaintiff claimed that Mr. Nodarse and other defendants were negligent in the operation of their vehicle and that she sustained permanent injuries due to that negligence. Prior to the trial, co-defendants made a nuisance value offer to settle to avoid litigation costs but that was rejected by the plaintiff. After 5 days of trial and an effective cross examination of the plaintiff, Chad was able to convince the jury that his client was not negligent. The jury deliberated for 20 minutes and rendered a unanimous verdict in favor of Mr. Nodarse.
