Chad Moore Wins Trial Verdict for Client in Atlantic County

Chad Moore, Partner in the firm, successfully obtained a verdict in favor of his client at trial in Atlantic County Superior Court. Plaintiff claimed that Defendant was negligent in the operation of his vehicle and that he sustained permanent injuries due to that negligence. Chad’s client admitted being responsible for the happening of the accident, but denied plaintiff’s claim for damages. Plaintiff claimed he suffered a knee injury and would need a knee replacement as a result of the incident.  Through discovery, Chad obtained evidence of a prior knee surgery to the exact same area claimed in the incident.  Despite the fact that the plaintiff admitted to this prior injury, the court barred the jury from hearing this evidence.  Nevertheless,  Chad used trial presentation software to deliver an effective defense and presentation to the  jury.  After 3 days of trial and 25 minutes of deliberations, the jury rendered a unanimous verdict in favor of Defendant.
