Chad Moore Prevails in Automobile Liability Case

Chad Moore, Partner in the firm, successfully obtained a verdict in favor of his client at trial in Monmouth County Superior Court. Plaintiff claimed that Defendant was negligent in the operation of his vehicle and that he sustained permanent injuries due to that negligence. Chad’s client admitted being responsible for the happening of the accident, but denied plaintiff’s claim for damages. Plaintiff claimed he suffered a neck and back injury as a result of the incident. He also claimed he could no longer work. Through discovery, Chad obtained evidence of the plaintiff working after the incident and prior claims of disability that had been denied. Chad used trial presentation software to deliver an effective defense and presentation to the jury. After 3 days of trial, the jury rendered an unanimous verdict in favor of Chad's client.
