Chad Moore and Julio Navarro Win Summary Judgment for Homeowners

On November 9, 2018, the Camden County Superior Court granted a motion for Summary Judgment filed on behalf of Chad’s clients and against the Plaintiff.  The result was a case dismissal without necessity of a trial or additional costly discovery.  The case involved claims of negligence and liability for an alleged slip and fall while walking a dog.  Chad Moore, a Partner in the firm and litigation team leader, filed the motion for Summary Judgment before the Superior Court of Camden County. The Court ultimately ruled that the defendants were not negligent as a matter of law, based on sidewalk liability law and notice.   Associate, Julio Navarro assisted with preparation of the brief.
