Chad M. Moore Wins Verdict For Client at Trial

Chad Moore, Partner in the firm, successfully obtained a “no-cause” verdict in favor of his client at trial in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Chad tried the case Moran v. Kelly and Charles Stanckiewitz where the plaintiff claimed permanent closed head injuries due to the negligence of defendants. Prior to the trial, Chad was able to get Charles Stanckiewitz dismissed from the case and the defendants made an offer to settle that was rejected by the plaintiff.

After 3 days of trial and an effective cross examination of the plaintiff, Chad was able to convince the jury that there was no proximate cause between the defendants actions and the plaintiff’s injuries.
