Tamara O'Neil is a member of the firm’s employment and municipal practices, representing both employers and employees in a broad range of legal matters. Her experience includes drafting legal documents, handling depositions, and managing discovery processes.

Before joining the firm, Tamara gained significant legal experience at prominent firms and through judicial clerkships. She served as a law clerk to the Hon. Greta Gooden Brown in the New Jersey Appellate Division, where she conducted legal research and drafted opinions on various civil and employment-related issues. In addition to her appellate work, she has been involved in complex litigation concerning public entities, employment disputes, and municipal law.

Tamara earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, excelling academically and actively participating in co-curricular activities. She served as an editor for the Women's Rights Law Reporter and competed in advocacy competitions. As a student attorney in the Rutgers Civil Justice Clinic, she gained hands-on legal experience. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Biology from Rutgers University and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.

Tamara represents public entities, officials, and employees in civil rights actions. Her experience includes cases involving excessive force, wrongful arrest, and malicious prosecution.

Labor & Employment Law

Advising clients on labor and employment law, Tamara assists both employers and employees with compliance matters related to wage and hour regulations, family and medical leave, and workplace safety. She also plays a role in negotiating collective bargaining agreements and resolving union-related disputes.
