Sarah Austino concentrates her practice on commercial real estate, corporate law, and municipal government. With a solid foundation in transactional work and legal research, she is committed to providing strategic and practical solutions to her clients' legal needs.
Sarah’s diverse background spans government, academic, and corporate legal settings. Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable experience at CACI, where she conducted background investigations for federal contracts. At Rutgers University, she was actively involved in the Entrepreneurship Clinic, assisting clients with business formation, contract drafting, and operational guidance, and also worked at the university’s Office of General Counsel, advising on international legal issues. Additionally, she gained corporate legal experience at Panasonic, where she collaborated with in-house attorneys on compliance, contracts, and government regulations.
Sarah earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she was a Dean’s List honoree and Dean’s Scholar, and contributed to the International Law & Human Rights Journal. She also holds an M.S. in International Relations from Florida State University and a B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in French from Florida Atlantic University. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
