Frank J. Caruso is a Partner in the firm's general litigation department.  Since joining the firm in 2004, Frank has handled a wide variety of matters involving but not limited to automobile liability, premises liability, defamation, wrongful death, dog bites, social host liability and dram shop liability. Frank has successfully briefed and argued the following appellate matters, which resulted in published courts opinions:  Champion ex rel. Ezzo v. Dunfee, 398 N.J. Super. 112  (App. Div.), certif. denied,  195 N.J. 420 (2008); Mosteller v. Naiman, 416 N.J. Super. 632 (App. Div. 2010).  Frank has lectured on the topic of bad faith in the context of UM/UIM matters before the New Jersey Defense Association.

While attending Pace University School of Law, Frank served as an associate articles editor for the Pace Law Review. He also served as president of the Italian American Law Students Organization during the 2002-2003 school year. In addition, he earned the White Plains Bar Association's Isaac Rubin Clinical Award in June 2004 for his achievements as a member of the John Jay Legal Services' Criminal Defense Clinic, which assisted indigent defendants accused of violations and misdemeanors in New York City Criminal Court, Bronx County.
