Franceska Osmann is an associate in the firm’s General Civil and Commercial Litigation Group. She focuses her practice on the defense of civil matters, including the areas of general liability, premises liability, automobile liability, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
Before joining Hoagland Longo, Franceska served as a law clerk to the Hon. Stuart A. Minkowitz, A.J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris/Sussex Counties.
Franceska earned her law degree at Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she also served as the Research Assistant to the Senior Vice President and Provost. She also gained practical experience in mediation at the Matrimonial Mediation Clinic. While in law school, Franceska worked as the Senior Capital Compliance Analyst for NJ Transit, where she researched pending state and federal regulations and their impact on NJ Transit’s Capital Programs projects. Franceska earned her B.A. degree at Rutgers University in 2014. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
