Evan S. Rosen is Of Counsel to the firm’s General Liability Department. Evan focuses his practice on the defense of civil matters, including those related to premises liability, property and casualty, product liability, professional liability, and automobile liability claims.
A seasoned trial attorney with over 30 years of experience, he has successfully litigated civil liability matters from initial discovery through trial, with dozens of jury trials tried to verdict. His litigation experience extends to workers' compensation and P.I.P. matters, employment disputes, contract matters, subrogation and coverage disputes. Earlier in his career, Evan defended some of the nation's leading insurance companies in complex liability cases, including automobile negligence, slip and fall incidents, and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims, which informs his ability to guide clients through the intricacies of insurance defense.
In addition to his legal practice, Evan is deeply involved in guiding and mentoring teams of junior attorneys with respect to litigation development, helping to shape the next generation of legal talent.
Evan earned his law degree at Quinnipiac University School of Law (formerly known as Bridgeport Law School) and his B.A. degree at the University of Maryland. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
