She has handled a broad range of disputes, including loan defaults, mortgage priority issues, commercial foreclosures, and contract disputes. Corrine also has experience handling real estate closings and reviewing and drafting contracts, leases, and other agreements.

Her unique ability to bridge both litigation and transactional work provides a significant advantage—allowing her to anticipate potential risks during drafting and apply her transactional knowledge to develop stronger strategies in dispute litigation.

Corrine has extensive experience at all stages of litigation, from drafting pleadings and arguing motions to negotiating settlements and representing clients in mediation and trial. She has successfully briefed and argued appeals before the New Jersey Appellate Division and has contributed to appellate matters before the New Jersey Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and New York’s appellate courts. With experience spanning both state and federal courts, she is a trusted advocate who brings depth, precision, and strategic foresight to every case she handles.

Represents national title companies and their policyholders in litigation involving quiet title actions, boundary disputes, fraud and forgery cases, mortgage priority disputes, attorney defalcation and negligence, tax foreclosures, mortgage cancellation actions, and other cloud on title issues. 

Estate Litigation
Advocates for beneficiaries, executors, and trustees in estate disputes and probate matters, including will contests, undue influence, fiduciary claims, and partition actions. 

Appellate Representation
