Christy Leigh Cushing is an associate in the firm’s Employment and Municipal Litigation Departments, where she defends public entities, officials and employees against claims alleging Title 59 and civil rights violations. She also represents employers and employees in a wide array of employment matters, such as claims of harassment, hostile work environment, and discrimination on the basis of sex, race, disability, age, pregnancy, religion, and national origin.
Prior to joining Hoagland Longo, she served as a law clerk to the Hon. Bina K. Desai in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County.
Christy earned her law degree at Boston University School of Law in 2021 and her B.S. degree summa cum laude at Boston University in 2018. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Massachusetts.
