Brian McFadden is a partner at Hoagland Longo, where he represents individuals, employers and employees in a wide array of matters, from claims of harassment, hostile work environment, and discrimination, to the unique claims raised in family law litigation. Brian also represents public entities, officials, and employees in Title 59 and civil rights actions in cases involving excessive force, wrongful arrest, malicious prosecution, and employment discrimination investigations. His unique practice also includes all aspects of family law litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

He volunteers as a Family Law panelist at the Middlesex County Court’s Early Settlement Panel program and serves as a Trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Association, where he co-chairs the family law section and has received the Martin S. Goldin Family Law Award.
