Brendon T. O’Grady is an associate in the firm’s General Liability practice, focusing on civil litigation including premises liability, automobile liability, and property damage claims. 

Prior to joining the firm, Brendon completed a one-year fellowship with the Rutgers Law Associates – the nation’s first post-doctoral fellowship program of its kind designed to train recent law school graduates as practitioners, positioning them for future success. During this time, Brendon gained significant courtroom and trial advocacy experience, and represented clients in litigation and transactional matters.

Brendon earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Rutgers University, graduating magna cum laude. Brendon is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the District Court for the State of New Jersey.

Brendon assists in defending clients across a range of claims. He is dedicated to providing strategic support in litigation and case management, bringing a detail-oriented approach to each matter.

Premises Liability
Within his practice, Brendon is involved with cases that include property owners, businesses, and insurers – including slip-and-fall accidents and inadequate security claims. He works with clients to defend liability exposures and help mitigate risk.

Automobile Liability
In collaboration with his practice team members, Brendon helps defend individuals and insurers in automobile liability claims, addressing issues such as personal injury, property damage, and insurance coverage disputes. He works diligently to help develop strong defense strategies and achieve favorable resolutions.

Property Damage
Brendon focuses on property damage claims, representing clients in matters involving commercial and residential losses, construction defects, and insurance disputes. He works closely with clients to develop effective litigation strategies, ensuring a thorough and proactive approach to case resolution.
