Adam J. Lefkowitz is Counsel to the firm’s Transactional Group, where he focuses his practice on municipal government and redevelopment law as well as a wide range of commercial real estate and business acquisitions.
Prior to joining Hoagland Longo, Adam managed his own law firm handling commercial and residential real estate transactions and other corporate transactions, including financing, drafting and negotiating agreements as well as contracts for commercial and residential real estate. His significant corporate law experience includes drafting and negotiating operating agreements, partnership agreements, corporate and LLC resolutions, and purchase and sale agreements. On the estate law side, he is also adept at drafting wills, healthcare representative / medical POAs, and general durable POAs.
Adam earned his J.D. degree at Seton Hall University School of Law in 2020 and his B.S. degree at Rutgers University in 1997. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
