Jack M. Middough is an Associate in the firm’s Employment and Municipal Litigation Departments. Jack represents employers and employees in a wide array of matters, such as claims of harassment, hostile work environment, and discrimination on the basis of sex, race, disability, age, pregnancy, religion, and national origin. Jack also represents public entities, officials, and employees in Title 59 and civil rights actions, including excessive force, wrongful arrest, and malicious prosecution.
Prior to joining Hoagland Longo, Jack served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Francis J. Vernoia, J.A.D., where he gained invaluable experience with, and exposure to, a wide variety of cases and practice areas.
